1. Dryer vent cleaning is often overlooked but a clogged dryer vent can lead to house fires.
2. To prevent fires, 2x per year, disconnect your dryer vent and clean excess lent.  This is especially true if your dryer is vented upwards thru the roof.

8. The addition of foil tape and/or mastic when sealing your dryer vent connections is best practice.
